At the InfoSec Anti-Summit, Shawn Ford, LL.M. leads ‘Practitioner Workshop: Congratulations. Your Agent Hit Every KPI.’ from 12:30 to 1:00 PM EST. In this hands-on incentive game, each table receives a business objective and designs success metrics for an AI agent. Tables then swap challenges and find ways to achieve perfect scores while producing disastrous business outcomes. The workshop explores how targets and metrics can create dangerous behaviour, helping participants recognize misaligned incentives in both people and agents. The full-day event brings together security leaders for workshops, tabletop exercises and peer-led discussions.
